Hi

I was frozen for playing games on multiple accounts. I didn't know it was against the rules, but I do know that was my fault for not knowing. Anyway, I sent a frozen form in and I got a reply back the next day saying I can have one account back only. I chose an account and I replied back to the email. This was last week.

My question is, how long will it take to get my account unfrozen? Will I get another email saying when it is done? Should I write them back? If I should write them back, should I just use the frozen form again?

I've never heard that they'd let you get an account back if you were breaking rules. I would just reply to the email that you got.

Thanks for the reply. I read on the boards on neo that one person had 6 million on 2 accounts, so I thought that was ok. I really didn't know. I know it's my fault.

Well, it's OK to have multiple accounts, but you can't earn money on any account but one - hence the problem.

I'm not sure how long it will take, as I've never encountered this situation before. I suggest re-sending your email requesting the particular account to be unfrozen.

OH, when you say resend the email, do you mean resend the email they replied to me with or resend another frozen form?

Reply from the one they send you as they receive so much that it helps to have a history of your previous correspondence in the email.

My account was recently frozen and through emails, it was returned within a week.

Different staff will communicate with you differently and expect different things so just communicate with one.


Hold onto your seats people... the SL is back.

It can take anytime from 3 days to 3 years :S
