Has anyone actually been allowed to submit a score 10 times? I can only go up to 5.

The Neoboards are split regarding the 10 scores per a game as there are some saying that being able to send scores 10 times was error on by TNT and was meant to be only 5 scores. There are also some saying that not being able to send 10 scores is a glitch.
On a side note I got the 'Happy Birthday!' avatar after visited the News page today so I ended up getting 2 birthday avatars today.

gaahhh, just my luck, I missed neopet's 10th birthday =(
I really should train myself to not get my hopes up with Neopets because I'll just end up falling harder on the ground... face first!

And you can send 10 scores/game today. Yay! If it's similar to previous years, this might last all week.
ETA: Except you can still only send in 5 scores for SpellSeeker (the NGC game)... And apparently only 2(!) of Kass Basher. When I tried to submit my 3rd score, it said I'd sent my maximum for the day already, even though the game page clearly shows I've only sent 2/10. Arrgh! That's an easy 21,000 NP.
ETAA: Apparently if you enter the World Challenge for Kass Basher before you play, you can send 10 scores for NP. (I just tried, and you can enter the WC even after you've played and it'll still work.)
