Something Strange!

I tried to post a message on the actual site but no one replied...
Ok...when i first made my account,
I got the trophy for completing the tutorial,
And a piece of armor.
When i try and put the armor on and have the tutorial trophy in my customization thing,
It doesnt stay in there after i save the changes...
I'm probably not explaining this very well but...
I need some help, because i want to be able to use those two items.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Alex, after you customize your pet to your liking, before you leave the customization page, you need to hit the save button (it's at the top, towards the left). Sometimes it'll take a while for the save to process, so wait until that button is grayed out before navigating away.

I have been saving the changes,
But it defaults back to the origional without applying the new wearable items.
Is this some kind of bug?

If the save changes button grays out before you navigate away from the page, I don't know why it's not actually saving, so it sounds like a bug to me. You can send in a bug report. Click on "contact us" at the bottom, and then "bug reports" and then find the correct department.
