There is a NC Mall Supersale starting today, ending at May 1, 2011. The majority of items are 50% off, so if you have some spare NC, why not visit the NC Mall today and see what you can buy.

Earning NC at Petpet Park

Now we usually do not post updates on Petpet Park but currently there is an event going on at Petpet Park that allows you to earn NickCash. Which is the same as Neocash and is exchangable on all Nickelodeon Virtual Worlds (Neopets, Petpet Park, Monkey Quest).

In the event you have to help Neeter build his Game Machine so he will send you on all sorts of quests to test games or to find more information from other characters in Petpet Park. If you want to do this quest, you must go to Petpet Park, click on the Map and then visit the place valled Pawvillion. There you will find Neeter (the green fellow in the picture below), if you click on him you can start doing his quests by clicking on the yellow conversation starters. Once you finish a quest you can start doing a few more by returning to Neeter and clicking on him again. In order to finish helping him with the Game Machine you must complete quite a fair amount of them. Not all of them will be available to you right away. Petpet Park releases them at a batch each time, so you must continue to return and check if there are new quests. Yesterday the second batch of quests was releases. Unfortunately, we don't know how many quests there will be or now much NC you can actually earn with this.

Thanks for the info, DHC! I did the first two weeks' worth of activities and am all caught up for now. It's not really that much time if you spread it out over a week (though I didn't); I hope we get enough NC to be worth the effort (i.e., enough to buy *something* from the mall, since I've spent all the NC I had).

Finally, you can earn NC from Petpet Park. (you decide if it's worth it) It's quite a bit of work, but for that you get 50 NC.

You can also participate on side accounts.

Yay, I got my 50 NC! Thanks again, DHC. You can have more than one petpet park account? Oh, but the NC would go to your side. Hmmm, what would I spend 50 NC on for my side? I wouldn't be able to get more since I can't participate in events with my side and I don't spend $ on virtual items. Nah, guess it's not worth playing all those games again, fun as most were.

More NC! Just log into Monkey Quest with your Neopets login info, and you'll get 100 NC.

It may take several minutes to an hour to get it, but hey? Who doesn't like free NC?

I think so. It has nothing to do with NP, so I don't see why not.

As a general rule it can be said that it's fine to claim a NC Mall freebie as long as it's only Neocash or a Neocash item (or an item that gives out only Neocash or Neocash items when opened). It's all right to claim free gift boxes on your side account as well. The moment Neopoints or Neopoint items are involved, you're not allowed to claim these items.
