Chapter 1: Everyone reacts differently in a crisis, right? For Hanso, an entire festival of faeries turned to stone is the perfect opportunity to pocket some valuables. The only problem is that a band of heroes is sticking their noses into things. Will they listen to Hanso, and, more importantly, how much will they pay him for his information?
When you click to buy elixirs, though, it says no one's there to sell them. WoMed might be your best healing option. Or maybe someone will man the Springs during battles.
First step is up. Or was before Neopets went down. *sigh* I really want to finish it before bed, too.

Click continue at the bottom of chapter 2. This takes you to Xandra's Library.
This is the first of the FEARLESS DEEDS. The Fearless Deeds achievements will be greyed out until you accomplish them.
The first Fearless Deed is called: The Artefact Thief, with 3 achievements to earn:
Ooh, Shiny! - given when you pick up the mirror artefact.
The Task at Hand - pick up only the glowing artefacts and make it to the door.
Proximity Warning - during your task, be next to Xandra without being blasted, then make it to the door.
BONUS: Collect all the books, these are added to your inventory. Make it to the door.
Nox' castle is tricky at first, but once you get the hang of it, it goes pretty smoothly. Except for the rooms with two of the same color doors as exits.

I also had trouble with stairs. When moving up and down staircases, remember this: Going from your peg's position on one floor, through a door, up or down steps, through another door, and to another position counts as ONE MOVE.

This appears to be random, and is different for everyone. Some people have found it very quickly (I did), and others have had to go through almost every room to find it.

I started with my person on the second floor, and made sure he went through every room on that floor (it took a while to force him through certain doors when there were two exits of the same color). At some point, he was joined by another person. I then took both on a tour of the first floor, and down to the ground floor. Not long after they arrived on the ground floor (which was quite a bit of time into the puzzle; that first floor took forever because my luck was terrible with the same-colored doors), I finally got the Fort Nox achievement (I'm not actually sure whether it was them or the person who was doing who-knows-what in the basement).
I managed to corral them all in a room near the basement (taking advantage of the stunning effects to stall the pair in a room long enough for the solo person to join), and took them down and got the ice cream achievement at the same time. It was a bit long, but by clearing rooms floor by floor, I knew where the Fort Nox room had to be.
One trick to clear a bit faster is to take the long way around, if it lets you go through more doors of a single color than relying on luck to send you through the right door.

Guys, I tried so many times to try to get the hidden chest but with no luck. I was about to give up and then I came across this 'theory' and it worked the first time I tried the trick!!!! For anyone who are still stuck at getting the Fort Nox achievement, you might want to try this!
