Daily Faerie Quest

This month, the faeries are offering daily quests and free gifts to all who visit. Be sure to check back daily through March 12th, after which the faeries will take a rest and return to bestowing quests normally.

Two new Faeries have started giving quests - Soup Faerie and the Grey Faerie.

The Grey Faerie gets a random faerie to give the quest reward, it can be the Fountain Faerie.
The Soup Faerie gives two different stat increases.

Faerie Quests
Tips:
Have the Shop Wiz open in a different Tab before accepting quest, to search the item yourself.
If you don't want a NC Quest, change your language to Chinese.
Faerie Quest Fortune Cookie is 50% off in the mall (limited time).

Quest: Water Faerie +3 Defence * (This is usually only a +2 reward!!)
Bonus Delina Quest. I declined.
Daily Reward: Faerie Furniture Shopkeeper Stamp

Is this new:(If it is, it sounds like TNT is building for a future plot).

Oh, wow! Can this plot please wait until after March 1st to begin in earnest, pretty please? (Please let it be a full plot and not a Charity Corner/Coincidence "event".)

Quest: Soup Faerie!
Cost: 1300nps
*battlepetname* gained 2 movement points and 2 hit points!

Perfect! 2 of the 3 stats that aren't "maxed" out for her (or more - the only other being level, cause you know, you can always have more levels).

I'm not thrilled about the timing of this (as I'll have limited computer access for part of it), but as long as no actual plot starts until after the 12th, I'm cool with a plot! Hopefully I'll be able to get on daily, I guess we'll see.

From reports (and JN's Guide), it looks like MOST of the rewards have been updated! That's actually pretty exciting, especially for those still needing to do any major training!

I don't think we will get a plot anytime soon, but the new Faerieland blurb sounds like TNT are at least putting some work towards a story involving Faerieland in the future.

JN's guide has all of the faeries doing more except the Space Faerie. Either no one has gotten a Space Faerie Quest, or poor Mira didn't get a boost?

I'm glad they did an extended day 1. That was missed in the Charity Corner event...quite a bit, IIRC.

The Faerie Quest Cookies are giving 9 days of quests. It use to be only 7. I wonder if TNT have ramped up the training bonus's to keep trainers happy, or are giving us a subtle hint....LOL.

Faerie Kau Plushie

Nadia the Peophin of Love for the Light Faerie. Not useful for my battlepet (only HP is right now, or I'd get bumped to 3 reds), but useful for the labbie I'm trying to balance out as a second... except I forgot to change my active! Doh! At least it wasn't the battler, so it was just 1800 NP down the drain. (And that's why the battler is not my active...)

The 9 days vs. 7 has been around for quite a while now, actually. It was one of the Neopet's 15th birthday celebration updates.
I've wondered about the quest reward increases being a subtle hint, though.

Daily item: Festive Faerie Fizz
Quest: Air Faerie, 940nps, +3 mov (bringing my battle pet to the 700 boost, finally! Now, to get to 750...)

ETA: So I went back to my spreadsheet from previous years to record what quests I get, and found out that we got cut another day this year. Only 16 days to get quests. Last year was 17...previous years were 18. Eesh.

Thanks for the info Pickles. I wasn't sure if the updated cookie was new or not. At the discounted price, that is a real bargain for 9 days. Hmm, less days, but more stats....
