Does Trudy's Surprise reward only Neopoints? Are there any bonus prizes?
There is a chance to receive an bonus NC prize!

How many Neopoints will I earn each time I use Trudy's Surprise?
The amount of Neopoints awarded will keep increasing for each consecutive day you play! Each day you come back and spin again, you can increase your prize. If you play 25 consecutive days, you could win 100,000 Neopoints, then the counter is reset to Day 1 to work your way up again!

How often can I use Trudy's Surprise Slot Machine?
Trudy's Surprise Slot Machine can be played once a day. It will be available on all pages, but will disappear once it has been used, and will not be shown again in the same 24-hour period. The day will reset at 00:00:00 NST.

I got less Neopoints today from Trudy's Surprise than yesterday. What happened?
The prize pool resets if you miss a day, or after 25 consecutive days.

The Terrifyingly Bad Luck bonus sounds terrifying. What is it?
The Terrifyingly Bad Luck Bonus is awarded for having, well, bad luck. If you play and your slots machine shows up 4 different items, you have the chance of being awarded extra points. However, you can only win this bonus once in a while. So, if you have Terrifyingly Bad Luck more than once within a week, well, that's just worse than terrifyingly bad luck and even we can't help you.

Days 1-5 and days 10-24 all have identically "bad" RLBs of only 2,500 NP

The "Good" days have the following bonuses:
Day 6: 5,000
Day 7: 7,500
Day 8: 9,375
Day 9: 5,000

Here is the info for what matching is worth vs. no match:

Days 1-5 and 10-24: 500 NP/item matched (so 2 matches are worth +500, 3: +1000, 4: +1500 vs. no match)
Day 6: 1000 NP/item matched
Day 7: 1500 NP/item matched
Day 8: 1875 NP/item matched
Day 9: 1000 NP/item matched (except 4 matches is worth 1250 more than 3 matches)
Day 25: RLB and matching are each worth absolutely nothing!

Interesting. Any idea if this has already been started, or is this another Neopets "Announce it now, but wait to roll it out in a few weeks/months/years/never"?

No, it hasn't started yet, but without a release date, it is anyone's guess when it will start.

The FAQs state it will be on every page until it is used, so hopefully it will really stick out and be easy to see when it is released.

Thanks. I won't hold my breath, but I'm glad it will be on every page until claimed/used. That should make it really hard to miss

On the 25th day of playing, she won a phenomenal number of Neopoints!

After 25 days, things changed, leaving Trudy puzzled. This FAQ, helped her make sense of everything, though.

ETA2: ~~It does not appear to go away, even after playing.~~ You need to click the nearly impossible to see little "X" in the upper right corner to make it go away... But then it comes back on the next page.

It's not even showing up for me... Weird. Even tried disabling my adblocker and NoScript, but it's still not showing. Strange. Maybe it was taken down temporarily for repairs?

It was showing up this morning, but I think they were running tests on it before announcing it (hopefully in the news today?). I didn't spin mine or X it out, but it no longer appears for me.

The text for it looks interesting. Although...I'll bet that fancy frock wasn't all the expensive.

I look forward to the potential to win Gift Boxes, though! That'll make a LOT of people on the NC trading boards excited. Who knows. Maybe I'll remember to go trade some day. After all, there are still things on my wishlists, and things I missed out as bonus items for the Negg stuff this year...

I missed the early release/test this morning. I can't wait to see it up and running. I am with you on this one Pickles, I am eager for the chance to win a gift box.

I am glad you got to see it Blue, at least you know you wont miss the popup.

It is much bigger than the FAQs lead me to believe. LOL.

Apparently giftboxes are being given out randomly straight from the get-go. A few people have posted getting 2000 nps and the box.
