Nice easy day... and Yay for the mug! In same camp as Siniri - too lazy to push much past AAA's score. I found that to be a very good thing today. So much going on.

Another extremely easy score for AAA today, and a book as a prize. Finally.

Well, that was fun. Had a particularly good first run. I'll take it. :)

I'll say. 10k? Nice.

This is a game that I need to get into a "zone" and a "click cadence" to do well. Once I get into that zone, I seem to do fairly well. If not, it goes dismally. It also matters how the board is first set up. If there are no matches in the bottom 3 rows, then I start over...

Anyway, I did end up with a new high score. Nowhere close to Pickles, but I am quite happy with 4k+.

The scores today are absolutely ridiculously low.

Easy, but I was super rusty. Thankfully each game is quick, so I still managed AAA's score in ~10 minutes, once I was able to get repeat power-ups. (If you use the changing-size power-up, you get another one as long as you hit the target, and I managed to get double points for several rounds, plus hit a balloon with the triple-arrow, getting me to 86, I think, in ten rounds.

Not bad. I managed to get AAA's score in 3 games. I was lucky to get a two balloons at the same time with the "size" power-up. I actually popped the gold balloon and hit the target.

Also discovered that the "score to beat" is a misnomer. You can tie AAA and still get the prize :)

Thanks, Blue! I was totally in the zone and was kinda bummed when I actually ran out of time.

For the record, the moving target power up also gives you additional power ups if you hit it. :)

Quit on my first game when I missed the first two shots. Thought I wouldn't make it on my second, as I was doing poorly, but the last two shots had balloons, and I got both of them and nailed the outside of the target. That's all you really need on this one - two balloons that you manage to catch with the target. Definitely not my best score (not even best for the month, as I played it at reset for giggles), but it works.

Gah. Just realized (ok, reread the OP) that this runs through the 21st. I will be on vacation the 14th through the 21st... Beating AAA (possibly even being able to play) those days might be problematic.

Yikes, Blue! That'd be a bummer, if you don't get to finish, but vacation, YAY!

Glanced at the guide to just remember one of the tricky levels, then breezed through it on my first round. Not my highest score ever, but I did beat AAA's highest listed score, so that's not so bad. :) Tally-ho!

Tomorrow...could be fun.

Yeah. Alaska, ho!

I had to abort first game and check the guide to remember that the up/down arrow flips the parallelogram piece. After that little reminder, it was smooth sailing to beat AAA. Like you, P, not my best score, but far enough above AAA to be good 'nuff. Done!

I think tomorrow will be ok for me. BB is another one of those games that you need to get into the timing of how the bumbles drop to get them into the buckets.

ETA: Well... it wasn't a problem to beat AAA... except that "There were problems processing your score..." :x

ETA2: Other than losing a little more sleep, the next round yielded a new high score for me. Not all bad :)

Bumble Beams took me a little while. The more precise games are hard for me as I like to play fast and playing slow and deliberate is very frustrating for me.

I have never noticed it before, but apparently the games refresh at 12.03 (it used to be 12.40), so you need to open up the game after the refresh otherwise you will get the problem processing popup.

That was, um, special. I managed to get a new high score for myself on my first game, which was kinda cool, because I really didn't want to have to play through it more than once if possible since it's so slow. I've never made it to the grinder section before, and WOW does it get moving fast! Eesh! I'm glad this one is over, though, as it's tedious!

I actually really like Bumble Beams. I was super rusty, but even rusty, I was able to get nearly 1.5x AAA's score. If you think that's fast, P, you should see some of the later levels! I didn't even make it to my favorite level today, which has a couple of exploding beams, which means you can drop quickly in every single bucket without having to worry so much about timing waiting for an empty.

I was so confident, today was the first day I challenged AAA before playing the game - I didn't even check my high score first! Then I was glad it was about what I remembered.

Wingoball today. A very easy score.

It looks like we are all zooming through the DD this year. Yay!!
