Added police. Darn riots. I wonder if the riots were a result of the unemployment. Then again, 3% is not bad (unless you're one of the 3%).

Finished repairing the transportation structure. Going to continue to tackle crime next, I think. IIRC, once we start adding jobs, it starts messing with all of the other ones.

Someone opened a factory and pollution went up. On the plus side, crime is down to 1%, yay!

Well... I added a factory. Not only did it not help unemployment, it added pollution...
