I did submit a ticket when I was "cheated" out of a draik transmog potion. Granted, TNT Fixed it without tickets. Oddly enough, I received an email on 11/29 that my ticket was "forwarded to the engineers"... I thought this was odd. Also odd: It was not from Alice.
