I'm having probs restocking, it's sooooo slow. Hmmm.... My comp's probs?

I don't think it is your computer. I've been having trouble with page not found notices and getting pages to load.

i just log on and besides facing extreme lag, it seems that there are other glitches abound.

yep, neo has been going excruciatingly slow for me over the last couple of days actually. they're probably running a windows-based server OS... which would explain all the glitches and downtime. you would think they'd switch to Linux...

Site isn't even loading for me now. Not even getting the "Neopets is Down for Maitenance" page. Just "Cannot find server". Oh well... I'll find something else to do.

For a moment I had almost thought they had frozen my second account! It had me as logged out and when I decided to come here to see if they are down or something, I find that yeah, I'm logged in on the site??? I know this makes no sense, but then neither does the situation

Arn't they moving to new servers? That would explain a lot.

They have been for a while. I think they are doing it bit by bit so that only part of the site disappears at a time. Like the SDB problem, and then Guilds, etc.

I just wish that they'd give warning on what part they are moving so people wouldn't be worried and confused when something doesn't show up. Is it too much to ask?

Yes, it's been hit or miss for me too. Site is a bit laggy and while I haven't noticed anything missing, I probably will soon.

yeah but i bet you didnt have the bright idea to restock at the card shop because "no-one else does" and theres a reason for it too..
still neopets is lagging for me too, though considering my computer freezes 2/3 times i open the start menu..

raudf, well you'd think they would let us know, but then again do they ever anymore? I know they used to say when something was being worked on, etc., then it switched to posting something in the News after the fact...all those "we switched servers, the site's running much faster" type notices. Ever notice whenever one of those was posted, the site would run slower?

Anyway, I just had my first chance to sit down, log in and do some stuff. Got as far as getting my interest, feeding my pets...and that's it. Pages either are taking almost 5 minutes to load or just not loading. Not even a refresh or the red pteri of doom pages! Logged out, tried to log into my other account. The main page won't even load at the moment!

At this rate it'll be midnight (my time) before I get to feed my other pets and use the lab, let alone play any games or anything else.

La, la, la...we need to make up a weekend on Neopets song y'all
