Already tries doing that, suijuro.
edit: okies discordaant...
Having a problem playing some games on neopets. When I try to load it it says: 'This application requires an Xtra (flash movie...) that either does not exist or failed to initialized properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtra folder(s)' then it aborts the game. how do i get it to work?

Lovio: Do you have the latest version of Flash? If not, get it and see what happens.
Twitchy: Do you mean that you can't type using the keyboard and you are now using a character map? If so, check to see in the keyboard is plugged in all the way or if it's wireless has a good pair of batteries.

lovio: If you downloaded them with a p2p program, you just answered your own question, most files with 'Divx' or 'Complete Movie' in the title are definately prone to fail. I would download the Gspot Codec software from http://www.headbands.com/gspot/ to see if it can fix it.
argh it's me again...I seem to have picked up a trojan of some sort and McAfee won't delete it or clean it. I tried getting rid of it through searching the directory where it is located, I found it, but it won't let me delete it. I've even logged into the other computer accounts to delete it from those profiles so it wouldn't give me that message about it not being able to delete because it's in use or something or other...no luck.
I went to the McAfee site to find something with instructions on how to get rid of it and it said something about updating my DAT files and engine files. I followed the links to DL those updates but they just won't DL, and I've updated my McAfee and it still won't delete or clean it out.
When I get the virus warning thing from McAfee, it reads:
Virus name:
Downloader-DC (that's what I searched for to find how to get rid of it, which led me to the link on the McAfee site which I had no luck getting to DL)

Gee, I'm sorry Charisma. It seems like all the pros are out right now, so you're stuck with me.
Out of curiosity, is this ( http://securityresponse.symantec.com/av ... uca.b.html ) the page you visited?
*thinks* Could you post a HijackThis log? Go to the link provided and scroll down until you see a "Download HijackThis" on the left part of your screen. Scan and then save the log and copy + paste it here.
