I tilt my head with the water in it downwards, I cover the other ear, and hold my nose and blow while jumping.
Look like a prat I know but it helps.

Q-tips and swallowing (like you would on a plane) work for me. I don't know why the second one works.

I always jump from the middle of my steps onto the floor, when you hit the ground that usually shakes the water out , and hopping works almost just as well.

I often find that if my hearing is fuzzy, I swallow and it clears. I didn't know it'd work too if I had water in my ears, though.

It's been several days now and the water is STILL clogged. I've tried most of your suggestions, but I guess it was more of a serious case than (even I) expected. I'm going to call the doctor tomorrow, but thanks for all of your suggestions!!!

Doctor's a good idea--It's called swimmer's ear and can lead to an infection. My daughter had it and the doctor gave her something to put in the ear that dried up the moisture (something with alcohol in it?). You might be able to get the same stuff without a prescription--maybe try asking your local pharmacist.
