On the bright side, i sent that email on the 8th, it's now the 12th - 4 days for a TNT reply email? New record methinks!

At this point I wouldn't mind having a incomplete version, something like a beta maybe. Just something to give us an idea about what they'll be like and to make up happy until the full version is released.

Ah yes. Just what we need Neopets to do. Release a beta. As if their current features have been reliable.

I wouldn't be suprised if beta of this was released that accidentally deleted your account or some other equally horrid thing.

On the bright side, this makes it sound like it will be in the news soon, which is good. (How come there was no news yesterday?)

Actaully I e-mailed a staff on my frozen spare account and got a response in less then 24 hours.

Account not getting unfrozen,but they were fast.

Scary...I got the exact same bottom line response like you did.

Neoschools will never come,yet we still got that one neopedia article on Mr. Lupin and his art class. I wanted to take that art class! :cry:

They always put "If you have any other questions, don't forget to include the entire text of this e-mail with your username clearly at the top. This will help me better address your situation." - in every single email, all of them - I think it's automatic.

That is because that e-mail is probably an auto-response. Any e-mail they get that has to do with a "New Feature" probably tells them to check the News for updates...
