You should see all of my father's brothers... :o All three of them are VERY different from my dad. This uncle I'm talking about is also a very funny guy, knows some great jokes. :D

We also don't get lot's of exciting stuff here. But we once had a murder, and not long ago, we had an earthquake and this women was freaked out and called the police and said her house is going to fall down, but nothing happened... I don't think we had anymore exciting things in my town... :roll:

The closest thing to thing I've recently experience:

I was picking up some DVDs (anime) from the rental place in the suburbs, and as I was walking around 3 police cars zoomed up and stop 50 meteres ahead of me, then a bunch of cops jumped out and began circling this house, soon a mob of plain clothes cops join them and began jumping the fences into the section. I continued to walk round to the front of the house and there was a cop with a guy on the ground handcuffing him, another mentioned how 'one of them had gotten away'.

A bank robbery is nothing. The CVS in my town has been robbed like 5 times, and each time they take the same thing: OxyContin.

And of course they still stock it -_-

But my dad's cousin once robbed the Rockland Credit Union over in Hanover. I guess he had some kind of mental issue and had just gotten out of jail and wanted to go back (he liked being cared for, I guess). So he goes to the Credit Union and demands a check for one million dollars. They hit the alarm, give it to him, and he walks out. Minutes later cops surround the bank. My dad's cousin, meanwhile, walks across the street to some other bank and asks them to cash it into his account. They notify the cops and they arrest him.

As far as I know he's still in jail.
