I have a question about some of the maps.When you complete a whole map what happens?I know that the lab maps and petpet lab maps take you to the laboratory but what about the other ones?

They give you stuff.

I did the Haunted Woods one, and I got some NP and a load of Spooky Food xP

They'll give you Neopoints, Rare Items, and/or Rare Food. It all depends on which map you use. I believe that the Space Map gives 5k or more + Space Food. The Spooky, Underwater, and Original all give 10k or more + rare food from each representing world and the Original gives rare items.

In case you're wondering, I think the general rule of thumb is that they aren't worth it. You can do them multiple times though.

Yeah... the rare items really aren't too rare, most the time. It costs more to put together the map than the payout a completed one gives you. (In my experience.)

From my experience (however little I have) every now and then it's fun to do a Spooky map to try and get a Snorkle Snout, it's reasonably cheap to buy the map off the TP, and the payoff is sweet, especially if you get the SS in conjunction with other decent items. I made 100k last map, but I've lost a bunch in the long run as well, so the choice is yours.
