Hello, can anyone tell me if the site is down? I've been having weird computer problems the past few days so I'm worried that it's just me.

It's up, but it keeps going fast and then really slow for me.

Oh no... seems like there's something wrong with myPC then. Argh! I hate IT problems! Anybody know what might be causing such problems?

i m aso facing with some problems.. cannot enter the site...

I didn't get to log in until about an hour ago ... still problems. Kept getting lag, pages opening to blank saying "done" and having to refresh. Oh, and I've gotten the dfm pteri a few times. So, I don't know. Maybe so many extra people on the site being the holidays and having more time to log in?

Ive had problems sending game scores all day. Id send score, had it go through, and then never got the points or an update on how many times I played. I actually had to send my Whack a Kass score 6 different times, before I got the actual points and the game limit used up. Im not playing any more games today, just in case.

The editorial did say that they were aware of the site's problems, and that everyone should know that theyre working on it. Such a huge amount of new players coming to the site daily, and the fact that it is a holiday break for just about everyone now does seems to be the cause. Guess we have to deal with blank pages, lag, and that ugly red Pteri until they fix things.

I was waiting on a kacheeker's match and every other time it would refresh the site would be down or I would just get a blank page, I get the blank page alot lately when I try to goto my portal.

Oh well I'm sure TNT will figure something out, hopefully sooner then later

It keeps giving me the "Neopets is down for maintainence" page every 3 or 4 pages. Quite annoying.

It's not as bad now, but pages keep not loading when i'm trying to hoard the p/b in the shop wizard. it's quite annoying

I've been having some trouble as well.

I have two accounts and whenever I collect interest from one then go to the other, it keeps knocking back to the first.

It isn't illegal to collect interest from more than one account, is it?

Kayla - clear your cookies and cache before you log into your other account. That should stop that from happening.

My roomie was just on the site and said she was getting dfm every 2 or 3 pages, and that was just feeding her pets, posting on her guild and playing a couple of games. She wasn't on very long, the dfm and the blank pages just got on her nerves too bad.

It'll probably be Tuesday (afternoon pst) before whatever's going on is fixed -- unless it is related to advent/lots of people having more time to be on the site and putting strain on the servers ... that's my guess.

IO've been having a bit of a slow down, was going to TYS and I got the Yellow Side bar for one page, it logged me out for some reason, but when I clicked to go to the Fairground it wa back to normal, didn't have to log bvack in, it's just been slow all morning.
