Whenever you use the lab, the neopet cries... even if it is something good! I could understand if it was a color that they didn't like or a -stat, but is they get +5 hp they still cry, so you have to wonder...

Does the lab ray hurt your pet? Should the lab be shut down for abuse... or are neopets just massochistic? Call in the neo-social workers!


This was not a serious post, I love the lab!

Why would TNT make a lab if it was a forme of abuse?*shrugs* Maybe the neopets are crying because they're scared? o_O

I'd cry too I didn't know the outcome of a lab zap. Hey, like everyone says, it's completely random.

I always thought that the lab ray adversely affected your pet's mood. I'm not sure there's any evidence of that though. ^_^

i think so... the pet i lab is always in a bad mood and the others that i do nothing to are always happy

well thank you for making this post! While looking to see if my pet really did cry when the lab ray hit... it changed my UGLY mutant blumaroo into a red shoyru and guess what also happened...
