"Price Changes"

Is there a reason why they kept the price changes button on the market icon bar without updating it for the past 4 years? i wrote into the editorial but never got an answer... did they talk about this before? they could make that button into something useful... like the stockmarket, for example

Because it's not worth updating, perhaps? I fail to see why average restock prices of items changing by 20 np here or there makes a huge difference, especially when items bought by people who need them to know price changes the most are either too expensive (in the case of weapons) or bought through the free market, which doesn't change prices when the wholesalers do.

That price changes link in the top bar should be changed to the stock market.

It'd be clicked oh so much more then. ^^

They did say something about it in an editorial in october last year (issue #213)

why do we have the price changes page when it is nver updated,or at least the last update was about 3 years ago? ~ aa14bori
Erm… yeah… we meant to fix that. We actually have new price change functionality that we've been looking at using for this page (you may have seen it in action when trying to put a really cheap item up for auction). We'll get back on that and see if we can actually make that page useful. *blush*

but since that was over 3 months ago, maybe they've forgotten again or it just doesn't have much priority. i'd like to see the link to faerie quests up there instead of in pet central/guilds. it makes more sense.
