I know that there are three different places to train your neopet, but what I'm not sure of is the best place to train at what levels. (considering money). I know that supposedly krawk island is the best up to level 10, but i have been noticing that two dubloon coins have been averaging around the same price or cheaper than one dubloon coin. So if someone could just tell me where the best place to train and when would be.

Well, the Pirate Academy's going to be cheaper for as long as you can go there (up to level 40). However, many people get frustrated with having to wait 6 hours to train their level 12 pet at the Academy when they'd be done in 2 hours at the Mystery Island Training School. It's really a matter of whether price or speed is more important to you.
When I had the option, I used the Academy when I knew I wouldn't be online for a while, and the Training School when I was going to be on for a few hours and wanted to train a lot.
(The third school is really only for pets above level 250 and thus not really something a mere mortal like me knows much about.
