TYS Jackpot was won?

Was it won? There's a 3 year old account with a score of 94 on the High scores board at the moment, so just wondering what happened!

Test your strength has been won several times over lately. They set the jackpot requirements lower. YAY!

Oh, you can ACTUALLY win from TYS???? I thought that its impossible to win it.
What happened to the 700+ mil jackpot last time, is it won by some user or the jackpot just got resetted?

it's likely the old jackpot was simply removed, and a new jackpot was instituted that could actually be one. whatever happened, it's won periodically now. probably just as likely as any other insane jackpot

No, the TYS jackpot was won at least twice on Halloween.

I think they make it easier on the 31st.

They reset the score after it reached about 750 million. Since then, it looks like several people have won nice little pots of up to 1 million from it.

They changed it without saying anything. They made it easier for people to win. Its not just a Halloween thing because I've noticed this trend for quite some time now... like several months. Also, Neopets claimed somebody has won before, however, this isn't true. Obviously they won't tell you that or it'll be useless to have it there to begin with if users feel its not worth it.

But now that it seems possible, I await the screenie showing proof that someone has won. I haven't seen any claims yet of winners either so I guess that'll be something to look out for.

I've seen one person claming they had won the 750 million jackpot the first day it was changed, but I think they were lying. Claiming that it "disappeared" when they tried to deposit it.

You'd think people would be slamming at the PrtSc key or whatever they have to screenshot as soon as they saw they won. Goodness knows no one would believe them otherwise, and who wouldn't wanna brag? Granted, some may not know how to screencap, but...

I think you would slam the "collect prize" button first....

There's no need...the prize you will win is determined as soon as you hit the red button. It's also credited to your account at the same instant. If you hit the refresh button on your inventory while the game is still playing, you'll notice the prize has been awarded, even if the TYS animation is still loading.

the guy on the high score table with 94 points... yes him... his account is A WEEK old. A week! And chances are he'll probably stop playing Neopets and become bored it in a week. Oh unfair. :cry:

On TYS the prize comes up automatically anyway.
