Userlookup coding

#1 Post by Virre »

I have a few questions regarding userlookups.

1. How do you make the sidebar go away?

2. When clicking on a link, is there a way to make a picture appear next to it?
Or when you're holding the mouse over it? (without using flash)
(like the way you can change the colour of a text link when it has been clicked, or when holding the mouse over it)

3. What do you like better; image maps or text links?

4. How do you make the background "follow" when you scroll down on the page?

5. Any good tips on programs that deals with css?

I know the basics of html coding, but it's been a few years :P

Thanks in advance! :D

I prefer image maps.

How do you make the background "follow" when you scroll down on the page?

The XHTML editor Nvu has an excellent CSS editor built-in.
