As some of you might know, I got iced for "cheating", however, I did not cheat. Does anyone know of who I may be able to mail to get this issue cleared up? Thank you for your time.

Hey, I've seen you around the BDC before

. Anyway, I was frozen a few months back for the exact same reason. I sent in the frozen form and got the auto-reply and then a couple days later got an e-mail from Brandon saying they could return my account after all. I'd suggest e-mailing him (his e-mail is mailto:brandon@support.neopets.com). Good luck
