6th March - Gelert Day

* We will start off Gelert day with the news that Gelerts can now be painted Pirate and Snow at the Rainbow Pool!

* We just added some Poems for Gelert Day!

* Keep your Neopet amused with one of these new Gelert-themed Toys.

* Gelert Day wouldn't be the same without a Gelert-themed Shop Blog now would it?

* The latest Minigolf Spotlight goes to owled1994 for Desert Storm. Can you find your way through?

* A new Caption Contest has just begun. Think of something witty and you could win something very nice.

* A new Story Telling has just begun.

"Come on, Tariana, I'll race you to the clearing!" With a neigh, the Uni kicked her hooves and picked up the pace, as the Mynci beside her swung deftly from tree to tree. Laughing, the two burst into the Tombola man's clearing out of breath but smiling.

* There are some new pictures in the Art Gallery today.

Now they come with a Pirate colour.... After I painted it Darigan.. oh well, I still like it better :P But that pirate is pretty cool too. The snow not that much, it just isn't a complete snow colour unless there's a carrot in there somewhere :roll:

The Snow Gelert is just wrong. It's bothered me all day.

You know what stinks about having the plot prizes released already? Now I can't come into topics like these, talking about the news, and complain about how boring the news is. After all, what are we anticipating now, especially with the plot prizes out already? There's nothing to look forward to...:(

EDIT: That doesn't take away from the fact that the news was indeed boring today. :D

Both gelerts look awkward in my opinion. I think they desperately need a redesign.
-If you are flammable and have legs, you are never BLOCKING a fire exit.

Grrr finally gelert day comes around just after my pet is no longer eligable for free training *mutters*

I do like the pirate gelert though. Purdy.
