Neo not working?

For some reason I can't get connected to Neopets. Is anyone having that problem?

I'm connected but I keep getting the white page of doom. Irritating when I'm trying to complete evil mode of NQ2

Edited to add: Ok, neo is officially super glitchy as of 12:39 am NST!!! Every other page I click shows the white page of doom grrrrrr

I keep getting "connection refused" message box. Really glitchy... (1:00am NST).
