Hacked

I'm sobbing right now...
Someone hacked into my main account AND my email and changed both my passwords.
I was able to get back into my email and there were two emails requesting my pin, already opened and read by someone NOT ME.
I can't get back into my neo account, they keep deleting my email that contains the new password before i can open it.
help me... i'm shaking

Oh no! Can you change the password to your email?
Definitely contact TNT asap, there is a form somewhere that you can report a broken-into account. If you name so many of your neofriends, sdb items, recent auctions/trades, neomails etc I think they let you back in.... I'll look for it and edit this post.

i got back in, first to me email, then to my account...
all my money is gone... i had nearly a million in there.
i'm devastated.

Still try to contact TNT, I believe they can track money that goes from account to account. I don't know if they can give it back, but they may freeze the loser who did it.

And of course, change your password, pin, and create a new email address so they can't do it again.

i had JUST gotten back up to where I needed to be money-wise too...

-EDIT- after carefully checking over my gallery, i realized that they took all of my items that are worth over 10k. I worked so hard on that stupid gallery and now it'll take me another year to get it back to where it was. This brings my total loss up to nearly 2 million.

Just keep requesting the email, do it in the middle of the night if you have to. They can't keep deleting it unless they stay glued to the computer and never even take a pee break.

Have you put together a list of things they've stolen?

On a side note, now that there is a "transfer log", you may be able to determine whose account all of your things went to. With that info, you may be able to A) get them frozen for hacking, and B) even possibly get your items back!
