A Guide To Recover Forgoten Birthdays

Send a neofriend request to your account and it will tell you your age http://neopets.com/neofriend_requests.phtml

If you don't know how to check it go to the smiley face with the word neofriends by it and click on it and it will show you a list of all your neofriends.

It will have the name of the accounts the person's name and the age

Urm.

That just let's you know what your age is. It does not help at all with remembering a forgotten birthdate.

Shame, really. I thought this would *finally* help my sister get back into her account.

Yeah, but know the age would narrow down the year if you weren't sure what year you put in. So that's about 365 possibilities instead of thousands.

Neomail neopets. I did that to retrieve one of my accounts. Just explain to them what happened and fill out the form and they should reply within a few days.

You must've gotten lucky. I sent a request about using graphics a month ago and haven't gotten any reply. It took them over 5 months to respond to a bug report, and it kept occuring!
