I've completed the puzzle (Part Three) and have unlocked the code. Now I see that you're suggesting a battle in Part Four?? Do I have to battle in order to move on to the next phase?? I've never battled before and don't really care to, but I really enjoy the adventures. Now what...? If I don't have to battle, what do I do now?

You don't have to battle to move on to the next step - battling has never been a required part. All you can do is wait.
