can someone please tell me whats going on?

please im getting so hyper and worried. other than the fact that more items stock now are restocks the same? do the shops still restock in order of their # at the beginning of each minute? can i still get rs banned? please help im frantic?

Yes, you can be rs banned!! (I was!)

Shops are restocking once a minute instead of once an average of every eight minutes.
