Syncing: The Biggest Pain in the Rear End

I've tried numerous times to download music onto my Micro SD for my Samsung cell phone. I use the program Windows Media Player with URGE, and I always get an error when I'm syncing that has to do with rights. I don't know how to fix this problem. Is there a solution or another recommendation? Thanks.
