Well, I hit one million NP and got frozen. Wonder if they think I've been cheating. I have won the last five mystery picts. There is no other reason why I would be *Sigh*
EDIT: An insightful letter with exact details sent last night has gotten me unfrozen today. Happy Dance! Thank you all for your concerns.

EDIT: When I got a letter from neopets telling me that my account was unfrozen, I was able to log in. I collected bank interest and then was frozen again What ... the.... !!

Well, start out with the basics. Check out the reason why you were frozen(It'll say at the screen after you log in). Even if you believe it to be untrue, its important to recognize what the Neopets Team believes you've done wrong. Each reason "governs" certain aspects of an account(ie. if you had a glitch with games and you were frozen for playing games then you have a reason to be unfrozen). Essentailly you want to look at the reason and think of anything odd or against the rules or even partially agaisnt them that you could've committed.
in addition, those last five Mystery Pics, did you particapate in neoboard conversations about them or go about it on your own?
It says "This account was one of many being used by the same owner to earn Neopoints." I do have a gallery account (And I STRICKTLY follow rules that say no NP making on it. I didn't even collect a newbie pack!). Darn web cafe computer may be to blame. Lots of people use it. My gallery was frozen as well. My co-worker got his main frozen but not his storage account.
So Sad. I made it to one million on my first account and got frozen as well. Same reason. I may not create a third account.
Oh, and I NEVER post in neoboards. Only ppt!

That's probably why you got frozen, the web cafes flow of patrons means that plenty of people logged on to do their dailies and what not. I wouldn't be surprised if you asked around the cafe about Neopets that you would fine someone else who was frozen. It's a good reason and if you're able to explain this, you could get your account back.
Did you answer the Mystery Pic with more than one of your accounts? I know that lately a lot of people have been getting frozen for submitting multiple answers to Lenny Conundrum by using different accounts, maybe they're doing the same thing with Mystery Pic.

*sighs* I am so sorry this has happened to you. TNT really needs to realize that a LOT of people log onto their site from places like internet cafes, colleges, libraries, etc. This is one of the reasons I disabled the kids' access to Neopets on our local grade school computer lab.

That's horrible. I really hope you get your account back, too many people have been frozen for that reason. I don't log on at school anymore because of it. >.<
