prices are starting to go down finally, down to... anywhere around 350k even... so if i were you, i would start asking for "390k and a couple of good items like codestones, maps, or dubloons... etc...." ... youll have alot better luck selling it, because either you wont be able to sell it at that price, or it will be a loooong time before you find a buyer.... thats my 2 cents, anyway...

I just sold mine for 430k yesterday though.

uuuhhhh no??? cuz ive seen ppl sell it for 420K easy

They defenitely got ripped off, 350k is about the price now.

Wish the price of a Green Scorchstone would fall too. How much is that at the moment?
