No, not always. I think the Baby Paint Brush was in there once, and then the Darigan Paint Brush...

I don't see what you mean... actually, the moment it was released, it was in the hidden tower. The baby pb and darigan pb can only be acquired from the HT too.

Oh yes, I was on NP when the Darigan and Baby Pb were released and in the HT, I was just wondering if the Royal Pb was in there when it was released as well.

I still remember when baby pbs were 200k, and faerie pbs were also sold in the HT for a really low price. (cant remember)
