Oh right. And don't forget. We all don't like the fact that NPT is still down. But keep it together guys, don't start throwing around yummy luncheon meat (aka Spam)
Aw, jas beat me to it. It wasn't there while i was typing this up. I swear
Wow, Neo is still down. Maybe they're intorducing something big? Probably not. Just asking, but did TNT release any clues yet for the plot before it went down?

I checked at about midnight and no new clues were released.
Does TNT compensate for downtime by gifting us? Just wondering.
I played Ultima Online for 5 years and sometimes when the servers crashed the players were compensated. But only for major outages. Then again, there was a monthly charge for UO...
Bah!
At least Neopets is free.

Meh. Down times come and go.
We probably won't get compensated for it. Maybe they'll give us the option that would've been available today tomorrow? but can't expect for much.
*shrug*
If, as I read the message, is true and there was a huge database error/crash, I highly doubt it's something that could just be fixed in a snap or even a few hours. Sounds like a total nightmare to me and I truly feel bad for the people who are probably being kept late working trying to figure out what the devil is going on and how to fix it - as in fix it so it doesn't happen again (hopefully).
Remember, to err is human, to really mess things up requires a computer.
I'm also sure that Adam, Donna and the rest of the staff are all on pins and needles too. I know I wouldn't be getting any sleep until I had answers, solutions and things were working again if it was my site (I know they don't own it, but they have a truly vested interest in their "baby").
I'm having problems with my own computer, I'm no techie, so I'm really clueless ... CPU suddenly running at 100%, system lockup, spontaneous shutdown/restart - no virus or spyware, I've scanned everything with every tool possible. And that's just 1 personal computer. I can't concieve of what working on servers must comprise!
