EDIT: the partial code I had entered before it reset did NOT work the next time, so I am guessing this means that the puzzle is different for everyone and changes each time it resets.

When I finally inquired about getting it unfrozen (a couple of months ago) I was told it was "too old" to be unfrozen. Even though all my old pets are able to be searched.

Is there any hope there? Or should I move on?
