Huh??

EDIT: Oops. I guess I ought to read other people's subtexts, eh?

Dear, it's Ever changing, not Every changing. :)

Not to be at all rude, but just in case any of you judges are like certain others I know that would dismiss an entry solely on the basis of ignorance...

Resplendent: Splendid or dazzling in appearance; brilliant.
having great beauty and splendor; "a glorious spring morning"; "a glorious sunset"; "splendid costumes"; "a kind of splendiferous native simplicity" 2: richly and brilliantly colorful [syn: illuminated, glorious]

God I guess I'm out them am I? Damn PPT downtime...

Not to be rude too, but illuminated is not a synonym of resplendent. :) From dictionary.com,
adj 1: having great beauty and splendor; "a glorious spring morning"; "a glorious sunset"; "splendid costumes"; "a kind of splendiferous native simplicity" [syn: glorious, splendid, splendiferous] 2: richly and brilliantly colorful [syn: flamboyant, unrestrained]

Judges Notes: This was probably our best round so far. All your subtexts were good, and boy, it was a hard choice.

WIS---Mysteriously Enticing
So true, so true. And that is what a subtext should be. The subtext also isn’t boring, and it uses vocabulary that isn’t often used. Nice.

Mark---An Unsolved Majesty
I get the unsolved part, but majesty…I’m not so sure. I’m kind of on the fence about this one, I just don’t really get it.

Req---A Mystery Resplendant
Ooo, big word. After searching for it on dictionary.com, I understand your subtext now, and I think it is nice. Although the fact that I had to look up part of your subtext means that not everyone will be able to understand it at first glance, something that you want to be able to do.

Clucky---Shedding light on a Mystery
I really like this one. It takes the entire image of the signature, and it also puts a twist on it. That’s the best I can describe what I am trying to say, so I hope you understand what I meant.

Qanda---Mystery is Illuminated
I like it, although I think it may have been better if the ‘is’ wasn’t there, although it still works the way you have it :) .

Loser---A Mysterious Wonder
You have described the signature in 3 words. And it sounds good too, excellent!

Kurisutaru---Illuminating A Puzzle
I think this one is good. You took the fact that no one knows for sure what Stonehenge was, and fit the light in the signature into the subtext. Good work!

Twiz
---Ever changing mystery
I really don’t see how that fits the signature at all. Nothing in the signature is changing. I’m sorry Twiz, but I just don’t see it :( .

Eliminate: Mark and Twiz.

WIS - Very pretty. :) I'm honestly speechless.

o_0 - At first glance I thought it said mystery, but the majesty part doesn't go. It's like you blended two subtexts in one.

Req - A wha? I would probably understand it if I knew what that word meant (I'll look it up in my SOS Dictionary.), but the whole theme is good. That word is mysterious, to me. LOL!

Clucky - *clapclap* WELL DONE! Again, I'm speechless.

Qanda - It's a great subtext, but worded wrong. That kills subtexts. It would've sounded better (to me) as "Illuminated Mystery", but that's just me.

Loser - Wonderful! I'm with Maniac back from the first round...why is it all the good subtexts, you have nothing to say about?

Kuri - Meh. I like it, but...it's just lacking SOMETHING.

Twiz - Uh...I don't get it. I'm sorry.

Twiz and o_0

Just to clear up:

I worded it intentionally as "Mystery is Illuminated". Here, illuminated can have two meanings, a literal and a metaphorical one. Literally, it would be that the mystery of stonehenge is lit up by the sunlight apparent in the picture. (Something is illuminated means something is being lit up, and that is grammatically correct)

Metaphorically, it would mean that the mystery behind stonehenge has been understood. Only here it would sound slightly awkward grammatically (but stil acceptable IMO).

Coincidentally, illuminate also means "To endow with fame or splendor; celebrate.", so that gives my subtext three different meanings! :D

Of course, it is totally up to you about what you feel... just thought I would clarify why I chose to word it this way. :)

Thanks guys :) *waits for other judges to finish and next round to begin * :)

XD DM!! ^.^

Ok, well it's late and I'm tired so I'm going to try and be brief. =P

Watericesage // Mysteriously Enticing
Nice!! Great job, two good descriptive words - and fits very well.

o_0 // An Unsolved Majesty
Hmm, it's good but not quite as well worded as some of the other entries. I get the meaning... it doesn't really have a ring to it though. It doesn't sound nice.

.:Requiem:. // A Mystery Resplendant
It's ok, good use of your vocabulary ... but would everyone understand it at a glance? You felt the need to explain your subtext.. well thts not really a good thing is it? =/ Just a thing for you to keep in mind. ;)

Sirclucky // Shedding light on a Mystery
I really like this subtext! Well done, it captures the image wonderfully.

Qanda // Mystery is Illuminated
Not my favourite - but it's ok! ^.^ Not much to say about this one.

Loser1921 // A Mysterious Wonder
Very well worded! I like the way you didn't describe it as a mystery, said it was - so then you could describe it as a wonder.... or does that not make sense?? o.O As I said, I'm tired. >.<

Kurisutaru // Illuminating A Puzzle
Ok. This is nice, but like Mark's it doesn't really sound or look nice. Well done for using something other than 'Mystery' though!

Twizzler0171 // Ever changing mystery
As others have said... its not changing! :P Unless you're meaning the forest is changing or something... like the seasons?? Well anyway - its really changing in the sig is it? And really - it doesn't make sense unless you delve into it in a GCSE English type of mood. =P

Anyway... Good round guys!! Sorry if my comments are a bit confusing... I didn't not like any of the entries this time - so well done! It was hard deciding to eliminate!

Eliminate: Twizzler0171 and Kurisutaru.

I was going to wait to say this, until after it was official, but... :)

Actually, by 'ever changing' I meant that it was in a forest, and not in fields, or wherever it really is. :) I think I ended up confusing myself there, so... :P

:P The sad thing is I edited it from Mystery to Majesty. e.e
