Um, it's 3am for U.S. East Coast, which isn't exactly convenient. Even midnight on the West Coast isn't feasible for many younger U.S. players.

May, I missed it one year (after getting up at 3am) because the Neo clock didn't actually run correctly on my computer -- so I waited until it got to 11:59, but when it reloaded, it said it was 12:01 (I might have been on dial-up at the time). Maybe this is what happened to you? That's such a bummer.

Are you sure you don't already have it?

Double check your Site Theme selections. When I got mine, I had apparently refreshed right over the notification. I thought I didn't get it either, but it was happily waiting for me when I checked my preferences.

I definitely don't have it It's not in my list of site themes at all. I'm guessing that it had to do with the Neopets clock and my own not being synced, which sucks
