Um, it's 3am for U.S. East Coast, which isn't exactly convenient. Even midnight on the West Coast isn't feasible for many younger U.S. players.

May, I missed it one year (after getting up at 3am) because the Neo clock didn't actually run correctly on my computer -- so I waited until it got to 11:59, but when it reloaded, it said it was 12:01 (I might have been on dial-up at the time). Maybe this is what happened to you? That's such a bummer.

Double check your Site Theme selections. When I got mine, I had apparently refreshed right over the notification. I thought I didn't get it either, but it was happily waiting for me when I checked my preferences.

I definitely don't have it :( It's not in my list of site themes at all. I'm guessing that it had to do with the Neopets clock and my own not being synced, which sucks :(
